GPT Articulated Fit

Relaxed fit, featuring an articulated leg and straight side seam.

Gore-Tex 3L Fabric

The 3-layer design utilises a revolutionary multilayer Gore-Tex membrane system with a unique microstructure. The Gore-Tex membrane is durably bonded to both the outer material and a specially developed robust inner lining. The outer material meets strict performance criteria and the patented, thin, low denier Gore microgrid back technology enhances breathability, reduces weight and internal abrasion, and offers snag resistance. Gore demands a high garment design specification to guarantee the high-performance of 3-layer Gore-Tex pro garments.

Gore-Seam Fully Taped Seams

All the seams are covered with Gore-Tex’s unique seam sealant tape that prevents water ingress through the needle holes where the two pieces of fabric are stitched together.

Zip-Tech® Pant to Jacket Interface

Volcom original and heavily imitated Jacket and pant interface. Zip Tech enables you to zip the powder skirt of virtually any Volcom Snow jacket to any Volcom snow pant, keeping the snow out and the heat in, without restricting movement, falling has never been more enjoyable.

Mesh Lined Zippered Vents

Openings strategically placed in outerwear backed by a breathable mesh material that can be zipped open or closed for rapid internal temperature control.

YKK Aqua Guard® Water Resistant Zippers

YKK’s water repellent zipper provides enhanced water resistance via an innovative zipper element mechanism coated with polyurethane laminate tape for an almost waterproof seal.

Recco® Advanced Rescue Technology

The Recco reflector is stitched onto the Pant. In the event of an avalanche, it rebounds the signal sent from a Recco detector allowing the rescuers to pinpoint the victim’s location. Used as a back-up to an avalanche transceiver.

Stone Butt Patch

Extra material in the shape of the Volcom Stone added to the rear of the pants for added protection and comfort on chairlift rides.

Triple Reinforced Rise

Triple stitching through the inner rise of the pant for extra reinforcement to help prevent pant crotch splits.

Adjustable Inner Waistband

An added waist adjustment located on the inner waistband of pants to give you that custom fit with or without a belt.

Stretch Boot Gaiter with Lace Hook

A gaiter sleeve attached to inner cuff of the pant that fits snuggly over and around the top of your boot and hooks to your laces to help keep it in place.
