ThirtyTwo Bandito X Christenson Men’s Snowboard Boots 2023

The Bandito is a new addition to the 32 collection for this winter and is a collaboration with renowned snowboard designer and surfboard shaper Chris Christenson. Designed from the ground up to compliment the performance of the new generation of surf-styled snowboards, the Bandito is the perfect choice for riders who want that perfect blend of support and articulation to get the ultimate in surf-style riding. Utilising a full-grain leather upper, the Bandito features specially designed articulation panels just above the boot’s lower part. These allow the boot to flex laterally, giving a far more surfy feel. However, even though you’ve got that added lateral flex, you still have a mid-flex in the forward plane. So, you get that more surf-inspired ride from that increased lateral movement, and you still get a responsive, dynamic ride when powering up the edge.

Fit Profile:

Mid-Width in the forefoot but with a more regular fit around the heel. The Intuition Custom Fit Liner can be tweaked during the heat moulding process to give a far more accurate fit than most other heat mouldable liners.

Evolution Foam Cushioning

Manufactured using 32’s exclusive STI Energy Foam, this high rebound sole unit delivers stunning performance. Its featherlight weight and unrivalled shock-absorbing make it the ideal material for snowboard boots.

Performance Back Stay

The Performance Back Stay enhances support up the spine of the boot, stiffening up forward flex and preventing shell breakdown.

Independent Eyestay

These give increased lockdown over the top of the foot.

Surf Internal Harness

The Bandito-specific surf Internal harness sits slightly lower in the shell than 32’s traditional harnesses; it helps lock the liner to the shell to give a bit more of a responsive ride, but it doesn’t go too far up the inside of the shell to compromise the Bandito’s lateral flex.
