Refund Methods

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Avalanche Airbags – Safety equipment requiring professional inspection
- Impact Protection Gear – Once removed from packaging
- Men’s Balaclavas & Facemasks – Hygiene reasons
- Men’s Base Layers & Thermals – Personal hygiene products
- Custom or special order items
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
- Products without original tags or packaging
Defective items in these categories will be replaced with the same product.
International Returns
As we serve riders worldwide, please note:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
- We recommend using tracked shipping with insurance
- Processing times may be longer for international returns
