Refund Information

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Avalanche Airbags – Safety equipment requiring professional inspection
  • Impact Protection Gear – Once removed from packaging
  • Men’s Balaclavas & Facemasks – Hygiene reasons
  • Men’s Base Layers & Thermals – Personal hygiene products
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Products without original tags or packaging

Defective items in these categories will be replaced with the same product.

International Returns

As we serve riders worldwide, please note:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • We recommend using tracked shipping with insurance
  • Processing times may be longer for international returns
