Salomon MTN Lab Helmet

The Salomon MTN Lab was made for those looking to explore the backcountry with snowboard touring in mind. It’s multi-norm certified passing the safety standards for snowsports, cycling, and climbing. Lightweight in-mould construction uses a Polycarbonate shell fused to an EPS4D foam liner, which is designed to absorb impacts efficiently and dissipate energy. Airflow Concept passive ventilation channels draw air through the helmet for temperature regulation, while the Advancedskin Activedry liner with Merino wool manages moisture and keeps you warm on colder days. For long tours and springtime, the winter liner can be removed and replaced with the summer one which is included in the box. Salomon’s Custom Dial fit system can be adjusted by simply twisting the discrete dial at the back and 3D Sound System perforated ear pads make it easier to hear. There is a headlamp retainer for late evening tours and a clip at the back to keep your goggles securely in place. Uses Salomon’s round shape fit.
