Salomon Husk JR Helmet

Salomon’s Husk JR is full of top-end features usually found in adult snowboard helmets, but this time designed for teenagers and older children. In-Mould Thin Shell construction uses a PC outer for strength and to keep the weight to an absolute minimum, while the EPS4D liner works like a crumple zone on a car, maximising energy absorption in the event of a crash. Airflow Concept channels draw air through the helmet and away from goggles to regulate head temperature and reduce lens fogging. A TwICEme chip allows personal data such as medical records and phone numbers to be uploaded, it can then be accessed via a smartphone in an emergency. MaxFit 3D constructed earpads are V-shaped for instant comfort and perforated for better hearing, and the Custom Dial enables easy size adjustment and a secure fit. The Advancedskin Activedry liner is warm, moisture wicking and can be removed/washed, and to finish there is a clip at the back to keep goggles secure. Uses Salomon’s oval shape fit.
