Now easy as the Biddy’s Rocker Profile makes the board ride, you still need it to inspire confidence and not punish any errors in technique. To do that, DC give the Biddy a 3mm Bevel on the edges; this works in harmony with the lifted contact points from the rocker, making the Biddy not only easy to ride but also unlikely to catch an edge, making progressing an absolute breeze. Construction-wise, the smooth flexing combination of the durable Stratus core and b-ax glass structural layers create a playful overall flex, underpinning this fun-to-ride board’s relaxed and versatile nature.

Shape Overview

Built around a balanced directional twin shape, the Biddy delivers a balanced and predictable ride perfect for progressing your riding skills. Its combination of regular width and regular mid-sidecut all combine to give the board a reassuring ride with the perfect balance of long and short radius turns.

Profile

The Biddy utilises a playful flat rocker profile to give it its predictable and hook-free ride. Combining extended rocker zones at both the front and rear of the board with a flat section between the feet gives the board a confidence-inspiring ride that’s less likely to punish any mistakes. The flat section between the feet gives the edges a little bit more engagement through the turn giving more of a stable on-edge feel, again inspiring confidence.

Internals

Heading up the Biddy’s playful construction is the Stratus wood core. This FSC-certified core combines poplar with two beech stringers running through the centre section. This durable combination of woods gives increased strength through the insert zones, but more importantly, it adds a bit more pop through the length of the board without being overly aggressive. Combine that with the playful bi-ax weave glass fibre structural layers with Bio Resin matrix, and you get that perfect balance of all-terrain control, and easy-going freestyle feel that makes the Biddy so much fun to ride

Base

Keeping with the Biddy’s make trhings easy mantra, DC fit it with their easy repair True Base. This high molecular extruded base needs minimal maintenance to keep its speed.
